These terms govern your use of the Golf Holiday Breaks website. By browsing this site or submitting an enquiry, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

Golf Holiday Breaks is part of Sporting Escapes Group and is affiliated with InteleTravel UK, under ABTA membership number P7384. InteleTravel UK are appointed agents for our suppliers who are ATOL holders.

1. About this website

This website is a marketing and enquiry channel for golf travel services arranged through Golf Holiday Breaks. The content on this site is for general information. Specific package details, prices and availability are confirmed in your written quote or booking confirmation, which take precedence over anything shown on the site.

2. Booking and contract

Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking or contract. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us or our supplier and have made the required payment in line with the supplier's terms.

Each trip is supplied by an underlying tour operator or accommodation provider. Their booking conditions form part of your contract for the trip. See our Booking Conditions page for more detail.

3. Prices and availability

Any "from" prices shown on this website are guide prices, based on a typical group size, time of year and accommodation grade. Final prices depend on group size, dates, accommodation, tee times, flights and any extras, and will be confirmed in your written quote.

4. Use of the website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the site in a way that could damage, disable or impair it
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its hosting infrastructure
• Use automated systems (scrapers, bots) to extract content without our written permission
• Submit false enquiries or impersonate another person
