Booking Conditions
Last updated: May 2026
These booking conditions explain how trips arranged through Golf Holiday Breaks are sold, who supplies them and how your money is protected. Please read them carefully before confirming any booking.
1. Who you are booking with
Golf Holiday Breaks is part of Sporting Escapes Group and is affiliated with InteleTravel UK, under ABTA membership number P7384. InteleTravel UK are appointed agents for our suppliers who are ATOL holders.
When you book a trip through Golf Holiday Breaks, the contract for that trip is between you and the underlying tour operator or accommodation provider (the "supplier"). Golf Holiday Breaks, working with InteleTravel UK, acts as an agent for the supplier.
2. Your written quote and confirmation
Following an enquiry, we send you a written quote. If you wish to proceed, we send you a written booking confirmation that names the supplier, sets out the services included, the total price and any payment deadlines. The supplier's own booking conditions form part of your contract for the trip and will be shared with you before you pay.
3. Deposits and balance payments
Deposit amounts, balance due dates and refund rules are set by the supplier and shown on your booking confirmation. Until both the deposit has been paid and a confirmation issued, no contract for the trip is in place.
4. Changes and cancellations
Changes and cancellations are governed by the supplier's terms, which we will share with you in writing before booking. Where the supplier permits flexibility, we will do our best to help you change names, dates or rooming arrangements.
5. Financial protection
Where your booking includes a package as defined by the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018, your trip is protected through the relevant supplier's ATOL or other consumer protection scheme. The supplier and the relevant ATOL number, where applicable, are confirmed on your booking documents.
Bookings made through InteleTravel UK benefit from ABTA membership number P7384.
6. Travel documents, insurance and passports
You are responsible for making sure your passport, visas and any required entry permits are valid and that you have suitable travel insurance covering golf, equipment, medical cover and cancellation. We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance as soon as you pay a deposit.
7. Behaviour on trip
Suppliers, hotels and golf clubs reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose behaviour is, in their reasonable opinion, disruptive, unsafe or in breach of dress and etiquette codes. Golf Holiday Breaks cannot be held responsible for losses arising from refusal of service in those circumstances.
8. Complaints
If anything is not as expected on your trip, please raise it with the supplier's local representative or hotel team at the time so it can be resolved on the spot. If it cannot be resolved, please email hello@golfholidaybreaks.com within 28 days of returning home and we will help take it forward.
9. Governing law
These booking conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject always to the supplier's own terms and any mandatory UK travel law that applies.
